One 9-hour flight from Brussels to Mumbai had me struggling to both sleep and stay awake. I couldn’t sit down because my legs were restless, but I couldn’t walk because I was exhausted. 


In the middle of the Frankfurt airport, I leaned up against a wall to keep myself from passing out because I only got 2 hours of sleep before my meeting in Poland when my international flight came in after customs had closed.


I could go on and on.


A friend once told me, “Frank, you’re going to have a total breakdown one of these days. Please get it on video.” (I have great friends.)


So you’d think I would have figured out there was a problem.


But I didn’t.


Not at first at least.


I couldn’t even entertain the idea there was a problem, because I thought there was no other way.
